At Skydive gear we value our customers and are dedicated to making sure your experience with us is as enjoyable as possible. We understand that sometimes an item you ordered is not exactly what you were looking for or does not fit properly. In these cases we are happy to issue a refund or exchange the item or issue store credit. Here’s how it works:
New, un-used items in original condition can be returned within 60 days of purchase.
- If you bought an item that doesn’t fit or that you aren’t completely satisfied with, use the return shipping procedure below or return in-store and we’ll issue a refund or exchange it free of charge. One free exchange for items such as helmets.
- Only items that have not been used or worn and are returned in original condition with all original packaging, stickers, accessories are eligible under this return / exchange policy.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to process.
- Skydive gear is not liable for any costs incurred during an international return process and will deduct any expenses incurred from the refunded amount.
Final Sale
The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange:
- Special order items
- Clearance items
- Sale items
- Custom items such as canopies, containers and jumpsuits.
